“These young players work extremely hard both on and off the field, trying to improve and develop. We set high standards in all aspects of player development and these young players really enjoy the challenges. They display a great desire and dedication to the programme.
We have a superb team of Staff all working towards the same outcomes, trying to develop future England Players. Our Medical & Sports Science Team lead by Dale Forsdyke & Damian Harper (York St John University) work tirelessly preparing athleticism in all our players, enabling them to compete at all levels of the female game.
We engage in a holistic development programme with all players, encouraging work in Technical, tactical, Psychosocial & Physical aspects of the game.
The young ladies at York Regional Talent Club are a pleasure to work with. Their commitment and determination to improve is an absolute credit to them, and this latest England call for Ruth is testament to the Programme.”
