The York City Football Club Foundation, Girls Regional Talent Club (RTC), will endeavour to educate its players in all aspects of the game, including technical, tactical, social and physiological development.

The RTC will play attacking attractive football which allows for expression, creativity, imagination and freedom in the correct areas of the field.

York City FC Foundation RTC teams will play the game based on possession, playing out from the back and work tirelessly to get the ball back when out of possession.

Players must demand possession, be comfortable on the ball, make good decisions and be able to recognise transitions and react accordingly both with and without the ball.
